DEPORTATION HALTED: Join the Fight to Reopen Vladislav Krasnov’s Case

We have secured a critical, 11th-hour victory: The Board of Immigration Appeals has officially granted an emergency stay of removal for Russian anti-war activist Vladislav Krasnov.

This order officially halts his imminent deportation, protecting him from being sent back to the Russian Federation, where he faces severe retaliation and grave human rights violations for his political activism.

While this stay keeps Vladislav safe for now, our fight is far from over. Currently, a Motion to Reopen his case is pending before the Board of Immigration Appeals. Because the original asylum hearing failed to consider newly issued rulings from the European Court of Human Rights—which officially recognized Vladislav as a victim of unlawful repression by the Russian government—we are fiercely advocating for his case to be reopened and remanded for a full, fair review.

We need your help to keep the momentum going. Public support is vital to ensuring Vladislav's case receives the attention and justice it deserves. We are calling on human rights advocates, the media, and the public to stand with us as we fight to secure his ultimate release and permanent asylum protection.
